How are we keeping you safe and well?

From having passengers sanitize regularly, to requiring face coverings for all, to disinfecting every nook and cranny on our planes after every flight, we're going above and beyond to keep you safe and well. We’ve temporarily updated our processes for boarding and deplaning the aircraft to encourage social distancing. Customers will now board by row starting from the back of the aircraft as opposed to our standard group boarding process.

Are face coverings required during travel?

All travelers 2 years and older must wear a face covering over their nose and mouth throughout their journey, including during check-in, boarding, while in flight and deplaning. Masks with vents or exhalation valves are not permitted. Plastic face shields may be worn in addition to a face covering but not in place of one. You’re required to wear a face covering from the time you enter the airport where your trip begins until you leave the airport where your trip ends.

How do I change/cancel my flight?

We're waiving change/cancel fees for customers with existing bookings made through February 28, 2021. If you choose to rebook, you can do once availability permits. Fare differences may apply.
